As a panel member, you will be joining a select group of participants to share your opinion through surveys that are taken within the AppOptix mobile application. Within the AppOptix mobile app, you can check your points balance and stay up to date with any AppOptix related information with the AppOptix notifications center.
AppOptix is currently available in 5 countries including: Australia, Canada, India, United Kingdom and United States. Rewards can be redeemed at a wide variety of stores that differ country-by-country.

How To Join AppOptix
Joining our panel is quick and easy:
Step 1: Download the application from the Google Play Store
Step 2: Enter your e-mail address and complete the installation process that includes turning on permissions
Step 3: You will arrive at the AppOptix mobile app home page where you will see a validation link. Follow the validation link and you will complete your Panel Member registration.
Since Amazon brand devices only use a variant of the Android operating system, at this time these devices are not compatible with AppOptix.
We currently do not accept Apple devices onto the Panel.
AppOptix Operational Requirements
AppOptix is designed for smartphones running Android 6.0 (Lollipop) and higher. Smartphones below 6.0 will not be accepted on the panel. With 6.0 and higher, you must give AppOptix permission to run on your smartphone. To do this, on your smartphone, go to Settings -> Security -> Apps With Access to Usage Data and switch AppOptix on so that it turns green.
What We Track
The AppOptix application tracks application usage behavior, including the app name, date/time, location, and duration of the usage. This information helps us determine which surveys and research opportunities we can invite you to join.
What We Don’t Track
The application does NOT collect any personal information such as telephone numbers, e-mails, usernames, passwords, keystrokes, nor monitor the content of the files.
