Adera Employee App — For Adera staff only
Adera is the official internal app for Adera employees. It gives you one place to open the company services portal and mark attendance quickly and securely from your phone.
This app is not for the general public. You need a valid Adera employee account and access enabled by your organization. If you are not an Adera employee, this app is not intended for you.
What you can do
• Company portal — Access Adera’s internal services portal inside the app, with simple navigation, refresh, and back controls.
• Mark attendance — Check in with one tap after you sign in with your work account.
• Location-based check-in — Attendance uses your current GPS location so records match Adera’s work-location and attendance policies.
• Secure sign-in — Works with your normal portal login and keeps your session in sync for authorized use only.
• Trusted device — Your phone is registered to help protect attendance records and reduce misuse.
• Clear feedback — You’ll see plain messages for success, errors, or anything you need to fix (location off, not signed in, outside allowed area, and similar).
How to use it
Open the app and sign in with your Adera employee portal account.
Go to the company services page.
When you’re signed in, tap Mark Attendance.
Allow location when asked — it’s required for check-in.
Confirm your attendance was recorded, or follow the message if something needs attention.
Who should use this app
Only current Adera employees whose accounts are set up for portal and attendance access. For login issues, device registration, or work locations, contact Adera HR or IT.
Permissions (why we ask)
• Location — Used when you mark attendance, to verify check-in at your current position.
• Device information — Used to link your account to an approved device, per company policy.
Support
For account access, permissions, or attendance errors, contact your Adera internal support team (HR or IT). Do not use this app if you do not have an authorized employee account.
