Non functional application in android. and my car already with them. The idea is amazing but it needs an IT team that as big as the plan and ambition. The big question your app is down and non functional. where is my car ? Who can I call and when can I call ? The free number is it public or only available in the app ? where is your disaster preparedness plan. C'mon guys pick up this miss you have an amazing idea in your hands shape it up to be.

poor service, poor customers service app doesn't say anything no one speaks english. when you contact on WhatsApp they say we are trying to help you. that's it. please do not use if you dont speak arabic

Absolute waste of time. I booked an appointment, but the technician showed up before the scheduled time and canceled my order because my car wasn't there. When I contacted their support team to explain the situation, they were completely unhelpful. The service is unprofessional and unreliable from every angle. Don't bother with this app.
