I ordered the first time everything was great, came very fast. Second time I wanted to order, after adding many items to the cart... I tried adding more things and just couldn't add to the cart or even delete items... I had to clear all the cart and add everything again, after I tried to check out it tells me I didn't reach the minimum amount of order, I already had more than 400 SAR worth items, i went back and everything was gone,been trying to order all day, got frustrated and deleted the app

Bad experience Bad product expired items and delay in delivery

first and last attempt with the app. order status was changed into "Delivered" while I did not receive the order and the AI based customer support is badly designed and takes forever to cut costs on manpower. the order was delivered approximately 20 minutes after the status became delivered. the food was fine... I ordered cold food that melted. the biggest turnoff was the lack of transparency for delivery time and status.
