The Uhda app is a comprehensive platform for managing financial advances, designed for employees of organizations who are responsible for disbursing advances for their projects.

Upon logging in, you can select your organization and go directly to your advance. The app displays all your advances in one place: advances pending approval, active advances, and settled advances, with real-time tracking of the remaining budget and total expenditures for each advance.

Before activating any new advance, you review and agree to its terms and conditions. Then, you can easily upload your invoices and receipts via your camera, photo gallery, or PDF files. Artificial intelligence automatically analyzes each document and extracts its data—supplier name, amount, tax, and date—verifying its accuracy. You can then review it, add a correction note if necessary, and submit it for approval.
