"Rushd" is a platform for all citizens, residents, and visitors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, dedicated to providing electronic services from the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance. This application stems from the Ministry's belief in the importance of digital transformation and the necessity of making its various services accessible through smart devices.

The "Rushd" application showcases the most prominent electronic services of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, including the following:

1- The Electronic Web Quran Service: This service contains the latest electronic versions of the Quran from the King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Quran, presented in twenty different recitations:

Hafs from Asim.

Shu'bah from Asim.

Qalun from Nafi'.

Warsh from Nafi'.

Al-Bazzi from Ibn Kathir.

Qunbul from Ibn Kathir.

Al-Duri from Abu Amr.

Al-Susi from Abu Amr.

Hisham from Ibn Amir.

Ibn Dhakwan from Ibn Amir.

Khalaf from Hamzah.

Khallad from Hamzah.

Abu Al-Harith from Al-Kisa'i.

Al-Duri from Al-Kisa'i. Ibn Wardan on the authority of Abu Ja'far

Ibn Jammaz on the authority of Abu Ja'far

Ishaq on the authority of Khalaf

Idris on the authority of Khalaf

Ruways on the authority of Ya'qub

Through this service, the Ministry aims to provide the output of the Scientific Complex to the application's users, including narrations, translations, and commentaries.

2- Prayer Times Service: This service includes prayer times for all regions of the Kingdom and includes a tool to determine prayer times using the device's location. This service is provided in cooperation with the Umm al-Qura Calendar Supervisory Committee.

3- Nearest Mosque Service.

4- Remembrance Service.

5- Qibla Direction Service, covering all regions of the Kingdom.

6- Services to raise awareness among pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors.

7- Contact the Ministry Service.

8- Other Ministry applications for smart devices.

A number of other electronic services will be added to this application gradually.
