iFact is a workplace attendance app for employees and managers. Clock in and out from your assigned location, check today’s schedule, and keep attendance, leave, and shift requests in one place.

Clock in and out Mark attendance when you are within your workplace range. See your live location status, today’s shift times, and how long you have been clocked in. If you are away from site, you can submit a remote clock-in with a photo for review.

Today’s schedule View your shifts, clock-in and clock-out times, and comments. Request a shift change when you need to update your schedule.

Attendance records Open your attendance history to review clock-in, clock-out, and worked hours.

Leave, justification, and excuse Apply for leave and track pending or approved requests. Submit a justification or excuse when attendance needs an explanation, and follow the status of each request.

For managers Review team requests from Approvals. Accept or reject leave, justification, excuse, and related submissions so records stay accurate.

Stay notified Get alerts for approvals, schedule updates, and attendance reminders so you do not miss a shift or a pending request.
