Worst home salon I have come across ever. Getlook was unable to provide me a beautician and I was informed about this just an hour before the scheduled time. When asked to cancel, I got partial refund. Since then I have been chasing them for my full refund through email, whatsapp, instagram and what not. No response even after multiple follow-ups. And nobody ever picks up the call. Zero professionalism, worst customer care.

The services are very good , that too at a very fair price as compared to others (at home salon) apps. The beauticians are very professional, the customer care personnel are also very cooperative. overall, my experience is 10/10 ,I have been already using this platform for almost 8 months now. You can give it a try.

I have taken the pedicure service recently from get look , the beautician Bishnu Maya was very professional and has much patience ... she had done her job very well . this is not my first time... I am giving this review after 3 times of booking an appointment with them and each time I am very satisfied with their work .. and getlook packages are much better than the other apps .
