Absolutely horrible experience. I made an advance booking and PAID IN FULL, yet the beautician never turned up. We waited, called, and even requested a call back — but no one bothered to respond. Zero customer support, no update, no apology. This feels like a total scam. They just take your money and disappear. Avoid at all costs. Fraud service!

Paid extra for an expert Hydra Facial, but the service caused visible facial injury (redness and irritation). The technician was constantly on her phone, applied the peel-off mask carelessly (even into my hair), and did not remove it properly. When I pointed out the injury, she said “it always happens.” The procedure was not followed correctly and hygiene was poor. Very disappointing and unsafe experience.

the beauticians are always coming late than the scheduled time and not even give any updates regarding the delay and whatever. Even there's no other way to connect with the beautician to enquiry. GetLook customer support even not resolving your problem properly. They don't even value your time. Worst app for booking salon at home.
