Anisha Lankandri is an absolutely fantastic beautician! Her skills and service were top-notch 😊. However, the company could improve on communication and customer support. They changed my booking time without notice(it happens eveytime), and I've had trouble reaching anyone for support - calls go unanswered. Hope these suggestions help enhance the overall experience!

For the second time I booked a service in advance and did not get a confirmation or a message if beautician is not available. If the booking is confirmed they change the timings - she either arrives late or insists on coming even 2 hours early. Only premium beauticians are good at spa services. The others are bad. If a poor or average rating is given there is no correction from the company's end. Very careless attitude. Their prices are competitive though.

I have been using Getlook for many many years but of late I have been very disappointed with their services. The customer service team and their services in general have deteriorated a lot. Unprofessional customer service team,not adhering to the schedule, beauticians not turning up even after multiple follow up etc seem to be a norm and I believe it's high time you guys re-look into your business and your team unless you guys are exiting this business.
