the beauticians are always coming late than the scheduled time and not even give any updates regarding the delay and whatever. Even there's no other way to connect with the beautician to enquiry. GetLook customer support even not resolving your problem properly. They don't even value your time. Worst app for booking salon at home.

The beauticians are okay but the customer support team is pathetic. They charge in advance and only before the booking time you would get to know that the beautician is delayed. The delay is so much that you may even have to cancel the booking which wrecks your plans. This is not a one time thing, it's their pattern- I have seen giving them enough chances.

Getlook Home Salon is the best choice for anyone who’s short on time. I had a fantastic experience—everything from the booking to the service was smooth and professional. Plus, I didn’t have to leave my house! Will definitely use them again.
