some beauticians are good. some just want to get the service done quickly and go. it is upto your luck. the estimated time of service is a joke and is not taken seriously. the booking slots are changed as per their wish. then the beauticians keep calling you continuously with every change of beautician if the time slots does not match as per their wish. being their good member has no advantage.

worst, I booked for a haircut however the no one came in just because I didn't book any other service...what do you expect ? ppl booking for something they don't need ?if you guys have a problem why don't you inform the same during the first call or just set a booking range that stylist will only be assigned if a booking of xyz is made ...horrible service , will go for urban company as usual ..not going for this ..simply wasting customer's time

Worst experience ever. The booking did not get confirmed not cancelled. They do not clearly update you on time. Customer service is utterly horrible, dropped off my call while I requested to speak to the manager.
