A photograph of a real vehicle, the sound it makes and its name said out loud: that is one card, and there are 49.

Tap the photo and the vehicle answers with its own sound - the tractor rumbles, the fire engine sounds its siren, the steam train whistles. Tap the name and you hear it said clearly, so a child learns to put the word to the machine.

Six groups to work through: the machines that work, the ones on the road, the two-wheelers, the ones that fly, the ones on the water, and the biggest there are. Or all 49 together, in order or shuffled.

Start the slideshow and a whole group runs on its own, one vehicle after another: useful in the car, or at a moment when small hands only want to watch.

Six languages, chosen inside the app: English, Italian, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese. One voice to each, calm and unhurried, and not the phone's own reader - so a child can hear the same tractor in one language today and another tomorrow.
