About this app

Functionality:

- Loading Exam Notes
The teacher may upload the notes of the examination record in which he is president of the court.
Once the minutes have been loaded and saved, a security code will be obtained with the possibility of sending said code by email to the student office.
Once the student office verifies the minutes, the teacher will receive confirmation of the process and the notes will automatically go to Sysacad.
In the event that the report cannot be successfully verified by the student office, the teacher will receive a notice indicating this situation.

- Full View of Minutes
A filter of the minutes may be made, taking as criteria the specialty, name of the subject and if it is a promotion certificate or not.
If you select a record, you will be able to see the students with their corresponding grade.

- Full View of Exams
A filter of the exams can be made based on the specialty, name of the subject and the student's file as criteria.
Among the data of each exam, it will be possible to see if it is a promotion certificate exam or not and the number of times the student signed up to sit with the teacher.
If an exam is selected, it will be possible to see its details and, if applicable, information on the times in which the student signed up to take that same subject with the teacher.

- Exam Courts View
All the courts in which the teacher is a member will be seen.
By selecting a court, the students enrolled in it can be seen. If the teacher is president of the court, an email can be sent to those registered in the court.

- Complete View of the Commissions on Teacher Subjects
A filter of the teacher's commissions may be carried out taking as criteria the specialty, subject and school cycle.
Among the data of each commission you will be able to see the number of students, number of dictation dates, number of registered, regular, free, with direct approval, with promotion of TP and dropouts, course hours, commission teachers, number of students who have passed the course to date

If you select the number of dictation dates, you will be able to see all the dictation dates of the subject. In this view you can also edit / load the dictation theme.

If you select a commission, you will be able to see the students taking that commission. In this new view you can edit the processing data. You will also be able to see the students who dropped out of the commission's course.

- Receipt of Notifications.
The teacher will be notified of the following events:
* A student registers for exam
* A student cancels their exam registration
* HR has added a file in your teacher folder
Normally it is the salary receipt, allowing you to download said file.
* The examination report has been validated by the students' office
* Could not validate the test report
* Exam dates have been created for teacher subjects
* A message has been sent to the teacher

In this view, you can see and share the files that the teacher has in their teacher files folder.

- Statistics
In this view you can see statistics of minutes and exams.
Among them are Total records, Total records per subject, Evolution of number of records per year, Average number of registrants per record, Date of the last test record, Total of tests, Total tests per subject, Evolution of number of tests per year, Average exam grade , Average exam grade evolution per year, Distribution of grades, Average percentage of absentees by exam date, Average percentage of passed by exam date, Average percentage of not passed by exam date

- Surveys
In this view you can see the results of surveys referring to the teacher. A pdf of the survey can also be shared.
