State Bank of India, Australia Branch (SBIA) e-Remit app is a global money transfer service for Australian residents allowing them to send money internationally. Customers can use SBIA’s e-Remit mobile app to send money internationally from AUD in 7 major currencies including INR, SGD, NZD, CAD, EUR, GBP & USD in a convenient, secure and efficient way.

Eligible customers can send remittance instructions with our 6-step process-
1. Login or create a new account
2. Confirm your successful online registration
3. Select the currency you want to send
4. Select the beneficiary or create a new one
5. Select the payment option (BPAY® or POLi™)
6. Confirm your transaction details and click submit

Please note:
To use the app, you’ll need Android OS 5.0 or above and have your phone’s language set to English and region to Australia.
The app will need access to a few permissions such as:
Camera, so you can click a photo of your valid ID while registering.

This app suddenly stopped working. Says the device didn't pass the security check, when in reality, i have been using this app on the same device for months. Contacted support, but i was told my device is rooted( in reality its not rooted, which i told them). Haven't heard anything back from the support team so far.

Easy to use and competetive rates. Fees on higher side. Faster txn time will be welcome esp on verification. The relogging with customer id for each app update is cumbersome. A few times POLI not working but no pre warning ....only txn fails.

I have tried a few other apps for but found SBI THE BEST. Very convenient, quick and very good rates. Setting up the account was very quick and smooth. Highly recommended!!!!
