After logging in, users can view and edit basic personal information such as name, department, job position, and working status.
The system is clearly decentralized by rank: Director, Department Head, Team Manager, and Employee. Each role will have a different interface and data access rights, ensuring safety and transparency in management.
2. Statistics and Sales - Convert reports
The application provides an intuitive data statistics system in the form of tables and charts, helping to monitor business performance.
Director: Can view an overview of the entire company, including data from all departments, customer conversion status (sale-convert), revenue, and important KPI indicators.
Department Head: View an overview of the data of the department in charge, and monitor the work results of each employee in the department.
Team Management: Ability to monitor the performance of the assigned group, grasp the work efficiency to provide timely support.
Employees: View personal KPIs to be achieved, monitor daily/weekly/monthly work progress, and proactively adjust to complete the goal.
3. Decentralized management feature
Each management level has access to data appropriate to the scope of management.
Director → can see all.
Department Head → view the department overview and details of each employee.
Employees → can only view KPIs and personal data.
This decentralization mechanism helps data to be transparent but still confidential, avoiding information leakage between departments.
