WHAT SCRIPTA DOES

Scripta is a script manager, floating teleprompter, and text-to-speech reader in one small app.

1. STORES YOUR SCRIPTS
Simple focused editor. Live word count. Auto-titles from the first line. Fast full-text search. Sort by newest, oldest, or title.

2. READS WITH A FLOATING OVERLAY
Tap the floating button and your script appears as a movable, resizable window on top of any app — camera, YouTube, Zoom, or anything else.

• Adjust font size, scroll speed, line spacing live
• Auto-scrolls at your reading pace
• Remembers position and settings between sessions

Perfect for recording videos, delivering presentations, and reading during live calls.

3. SPEAKS YOUR SCRIPT ALOUD
Tap the voice button and Scripta reads your script using your phone's built-in text-to-speech engine.

• Auto-detects language from the script
• Picks the best voice on your device
• Adjustable pitch and speed in real time
• Export audio as .wav to Downloads

Arabic scripts get Arabic voices. English scripts get English voices. If voice data is missing, Scripta tells you and prompts you to install it — never silent, never confusing.

4. SHARES CLEANLY
• Copy the script to your clipboard
• Save it as text to Documents/Scripta/
• Print it as a multi-page PDF with a subtle watermark

Everything is generated locally. Nothing is uploaded.

WHY PRIVACY MATTERS

Your scripts may contain confidential client work, unreleased content, or business plans. That information belongs to you alone.

Sending scripts to a server — even an encrypted one — introduces risks: server breaches, employee access, silent policy changes, company shutdowns, data being sold.

Scripta has no server. There is no data flow. The only attack surface is your phone, protected by Android's security model.
