About this app
Our app for digital meeting management and virtual voting via smartphone or tablet.
More and more companies, institutions, organizations, and municipalities are relying on paperless meeting management. That's why we developed anRICH, our meeting app, a mobile solution for smartphones and tablets. Dates and documents published in the committee information system are automatically saved to your mobile device. Documents can also be edited and searched at any time – even without an internet connection. Make your digital declaration of independence.
Registration – with access control:
Immediately after registration, the app performs a data synchronization with the committee information system (SD.NET RIM). If new documents are available, you will be notified in the menu. Access can be granted in various ways:
• Username/password combination from the committee information system
• Alternatively, via fingerprint

Data synchronization
• When online, automatic synchronization occurs, downloading missing or updated data and documents.
• When offline, you have access to all previously stored data and documents.

Agenda & Documents – Edit and Share:
With our apps, you can manage agendas and all relevant documents – regardless of time and location.
• View the agenda with direct access to each item
• View all documents with easy page navigation
• Page preview (grid function)
• Thumbnail view for quick navigation
• Zoom and rotate functions
• Add marginal notes to documents and share them with other members
• Highlight text, underline and strikethrough (with different colors), draw freehand, add free text, and create "post-it" notes.
• Overview of all notes and markings in the "Notes Directory," relating to a single document or the entire meeting documents
• Process-related information for the agenda item, including preliminary discussions, as well as supplementary and corresponding templates
