About this app

Our app for digital meeting management and virtual voting via smartphone or tablet.

More and more companies, institutions, organizations, and municipalities are relying on paperless meeting management. That's why we developed anRICH, our meeting app, a mobile solution for smartphones and tablets. Dates and documents published in the committee information system are automatically saved to your mobile device. Documents can also be edited and searched at any time – even without an internet connection. Make your digital declaration of independence.

Registration – with access control:

Immediately after registration, the app performs a data synchronization with the committee information system (SD.NET RIM). If new documents are available, you will be notified in the menu. Access can be granted in various ways:

• Username/password combination from the committee information system
• Alternatively, via fingerprint

Data synchronization

• When online, automatic synchronization occurs, downloading missing or updated data and documents.

• When offline, you have access to all previously stored data and documents.
