Blodtrycksdoktorn AB is a registered healthcare provider that is subject to the Health and Medical Services Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Patient Data Act and the Patient Safety Act. Blodtrycksdoktorn has also published studies with clinically proven results.
The Blodtrycksdoktorn app is part of Blodtrycksdoktorn's Medical System (BMS), a software platform that provides secure login, data storage and communication for digital care, where the app is used to register and display data shared with healthcare professionals.
Blodtrycksdoktorn's Clinical Decision Support (BTD CDSS) is the medical device module of BMS (class IIa software according to EU Regulation 2017/745) and processes structured clinical information to provide guiding decision support. It does not replace clinical judgment, all recommendations should be reviewed and confirmed by responsible healthcare professionals.
Technical requirements for the application
iOS 15.1+ or Android 7.0+ on smartphone/tablet with a screen size of at least 5.5" and a resolution of at least 1280 × 720 pixels and a broadband connection (Wi-Fi/mobile data). For wireless blood pressure monitors, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 4.0+ is required. Validated for use with iHealth Neo (BP5S), iHealth Ease (BP3L) and Truly DB-66.
