Absolutely miserable and filled with micro transactions. Their "season pass" is an absolute joke because even MOST games have their free season pass offer the SAME rewards like skins, currency, ect just at a different value. This one doesn't. Wanna grind to level 20 in the free battle pass to get that item? can't get it. only premium can get it since it's pay walled. don't get me started on the ads.

Fun game overall, progression can be a bit slow but feels fairly balanced. My main complaint is the overwhelming amount of ads. I open a box, there's ads. I try to upgrade something, ads. I try to click on literally anything, ads. And then, after every ad, there's a pop-up trying to get me to buy something, which can severely hinder progress. Please at least get rid of the pop-up. Otherwise, good game. Oh, also: marathon fish aren't appearing for me, so I can't participate in the current event.

This game is fun for the first couple weeks as you see progression and gain new fish and have fun events. After that however, progression slows to a crawl. I've spent over a month playing and have not made it past the 9th fishing area. You have to pay for bumps and special gear and crew to make any progression past that. Even worse there is a glitch in the daily item drop such that some days I'll accept it 3 or 4 times only to see "streak broken" the next day. So frustrating.
