Through the tool's reward system, it becomes easier and more fun to carry out your activities and reach your goals. You can choose how often you want to be reminded and prepared for an activity.
As a preparation step, you can enter a comment or supporting text.

The tool makes visible all your progress in the form of coins, which strengthens you and can make the next challenge easier and more fun to complete.
