Every time, without fail, if you buy a ticket, leave the app, then re-open the app it refuses to load for about 1-2 minutes. Doesn't sound like long, but when the ticket inspector is standing waiting for you to bring up the ticket it feels like a lifetime. Why have a feature to view the tickets in-app if I'm gonna have to go to my email anyway? (Happens on Google Pixel 10 & 6)

Most overpriced service ever. They advertise a 19min trip from/to Arlanda but it always take much, much, more than that. Mostly because trains are infrequent and there are ALWAYS problems with the railway system (trains derailing, stuff on the tracks, 'waiting for the green light', ...). Just take the regular train or the bus: takes only slightly more and there are usually less problems, at a fraction of the price...

The updated app won't let me log in. I thought I had an account but it wouldn't let me login. Then I requested a new password but didn't receive the reset email, so I tried creating a new account. And now I can't even get past the front screen and to the login screen...
