BDC Care enables safe meetings with personnel in health and healthcare.
All communication in the app is encrypted and secured and in accordance with GDPR and PDL.
In addition to video calls, the app also supports communication via secure messaging and participation in digital treatment programs.
If you don't already have the app, you should download it to carry out your booked video visit or read the messages sent to you.
Once you've downloaded the app, select my pages and then my cases to log in with your BankId.
In order for the meeting to be as successful as possible, and for you to get the help you need, you should consider the following:
• Choose a place carefully where you are comfortable and will not be disturbed during the conversation.
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection and enough battery in your phone.
• Feel free to use headphones with a built-in microphone.
