Ratings and reviews

The app sucks in a couple of ways: (1) it is not used to notify that your plan is about to expire. instead they use very flaky sms notif system which sometimes works sometime does not, so it is very easy to miss the moment of payment. deliberate customer ambush imo. (2) The widget that displays left data is broken visually, and it quickly forgets your auth id, so you must repeatedly log in. i dont know who has ever tested or used it themselves in comviq. overall, trashy experience.

Hard to use. No English option. if you are not from Sweden and you don't have bank id you can't login and check your account balance .

I have the latest app version but I can't see any daily or monthly data usage. I obviously use data and I'm being asked to refill my allowance. Something is not right, and the help bot isn't helping...
