Push notifications for transactions don't work even though the setting is enabled. It was the only reason why I chose re:member as a credit card provider. If it unfortunately doesn't work and cannot be fixed, I will definitely cancel the card Also, what's the point of that huge picture on the start page? I have to scroll down to see my card every time I open the app 🤦

The rewards programme allegedly works with over 200 different stores. So far, the rewards programme doesn't work satisfactory. I have contacted their support on a number of purchases where the reward is nowhere to be seen. Their support can take weeks to investigate the matter. Sometimes the reward is handed out in much smaller amount than what they claim. Starting to feel like a false marketing stunt.

they have very bad system. My money is stucked in card. I am not able to transfer, or pay invoice. I have never faced this kind of experience before. i have to pay invoices and their system is down. That's how their banking system works. Even I add extra money in card but still not able to use it. it totally useless.

Hi, can you please describe the issue in detail - "the money is stuck"? Did you mean you paid your invoice, but it was not being displayed in the app?
