About this app

Invo Tid is the worker's app for time reporting. Register your shifts and absences directly on your mobile phone, submit the month and let the office certify - simple, fast and paperless.

The app is made for those of you who are employed and report time to your employer. You log in with your company ID, email and password that you received from your employer.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
• Add shifts with start, end and break - the app calculates the hours for you.
• Register absences due to illness or vacation, one whole period at a time.
• See the entire month in a calendar with clear status colors.
• Submit the month when you are finished - the office then reviews and approves your time.
• Follow the status: draft, submitted and approved.

• Your login is retained so you don't have to log in every time.

Invo Tid is used by companies that let their employees report working hours on their mobile phones. Approved time can then be exported to payroll systems. Don't have an account? Ask your employer to set you up.

What’s new

Pass över midnatt går nu att registrera, till exempel 21:00-06:00. Tidigare nekades sådana pass.

Nytt i den här versionen:
- Jourpass registreras som egen passtyp och rapporteras på egen löneart
- OB-timmar räknas ut automatiskt enligt företagets regler och visas per pass
- Tidsfälten accepterar nu 7 och 730 lika bra som 07:00 och 07:30
