About this app

Pocketlord is our mobile interface to Faciliate, here you can work with tasks connected to your warehouse.

Withdrawal against AO
Retrieve and register items against specific AO.

Inventory
Good control over the warehouse's balance status is critical for efficient management. Create inventory and count items with direct feedback to Faciliate.
Also support for rolling inventory where the warehouse is continuously inventoried with a random selection of which items are to be inventoried every month.

Ordering
When it's time to order home materials, an order is created quickly and easily by scanning the articles that need to be taken home

Delivery
When submitting materials, a submission is easily made against previously placed orders, you get a check that the correct quantity has been delivered and that the entire order is complete.
If necessary, you can also make a delivery without first placing an order if desired.


When the application starts, a configuration code is requested, which you will receive through the Faciliate responsible contact you have within your organization.

ATTENTION!
You can only use this application if you already have an operating environment prepared for our mobile solution together with the real estate system Faciliate. This means that you must have an installation of the property system Faciliate set up within the organization, together with our web solution that is used for communication between app and server.
