STORY is the world’s first levitating timepiece allowing you to personalize your most unique journeys. STORY consists of a magnetically levitating sphere that orbits around a wooden base telling the time. An intricate dance of magnetic magic guides the chrome sphere while it moves around its orbit. Starting at the 12 O’Clock position, STORY will complete one full orbit at the interval of your choice.
STORY is controlled via a mobile app enabling you to customize your own orbit. It can be used as a standard clock to count the seconds, minutes and hours, or as a custom clock to count special moments such as birthdays, anniversaries, or upcoming travel plans. The levitating sphere will complete one full revolution when the date arrives. Set STORY to count the minutes, hours or days. It’s up to you!

Could never get the levitating ball to work but the clock still looked neat so have been using it for years. Just unplugged it for the first time since originally setting it up so needed to reset the time but the app didn't detect the clock at all even though I see it in my Bluetooth list

I recently upgraded to a Samsung S22 and I have since been unable to use the app. When I open the app I am able to see my Story clock there to connect and I can connect to it as the lights on the clock change colour to confirm but then the app won't let me go any further from the Bluetooth connection page.

Not sure what happened but I cannot connect to my Story. It shows up as detected in the app but clicking on it doesn't do anything. Uninstall, delete data and delete cache didn't fix it either.
What's new
We have removed the sign up requirement from the STORY app so now it can work with no issue completely offline. Even if you are in a remote location with no internet or if there are firewall blocks, now there is no need to log in, you can just go ahead and connect to STORY. Privacy is also improved as all the data needed for the app is now stored locally.
