HelmCRM is a complete business system tailored for boatyards, marinas and boat services. We collect customer records, boat records, winter storage, dock bookings, work orders, inventory, invoicing and cash in one tool — so you don't have to jump between apps and spreadsheets.

With Helm, you get full control of the entire customer journey: from first contact and quote to booked winter space, ongoing service and final invoicing. Each boat is linked to its owner, history and ongoing cases, and you can immediately see which jobs are waiting, which spare parts are needed and which technicians are available.

Our greatest strengths: • Smart winter storage – plan storage and areas visually, see occupancy in real time and let the system suggest the best location based on the boat's dimensions. • Digital work orders – create, allocate and track jobs from your mobile phone. Technicians can report time, materials used and take pictures directly in the order. • Certified POS – meets the Swedish Tax Agency’s requirements according to SKVFS 2021:17 with control unit, journal and receipt copy. • Ready-made integrations – sync invoices, customers and payments with Fortnox, and send emails via Microsoft 365. • Inventory & purchasing – keep track of balance, low inventory and orders. Support for supplier import, part number history and Yamaha ordering. • Customer portal & booking suggestions – let customers approve quotes and bookings online, and send personalized suggestions via email/SMS. • Mobile for technicians – PWA and native app provide QR scanning, goods receipt and work orders directly on the phone.
