Ecatcher Mobile now offers live monitoring of KPI’s and alarms from any machine equipped with an Ewon® Flexy router. By using Ecatcher Mobile app users can get a live look into their machines’ status and performance from anywhere in the world.
The Ewon Ecatcher Mobile application is used to initialize secure remote access and allows you to use mobile applications with HMIs from automation vendors.This remote access feature uses the VPN Service of Android.
Once you have logged in for the first time to your Ecatcher account, you can take advantage of the user-friendliness and security of Ecatcher Mobile by validating direct access to your account through Touch ID (or a PIN code), similar to most mobile banking applications.

Was working great on android phone, now it connects for about 5 secounds and then disconnects. I use on both apple and adroid phones, only problem is with android. Some times says i am logged in on another device, but i am not. Please help.

Dear Sir,
This is caused by a known issue related to IPv6 routing. If you force your smartphone in IPv4 (not always possible) or connect your smartphone to a Wifi Hotspot, it works. We are currently investigating this issue and hope to release a fix soon.

After we got the new hot spot, this app has been a life saver, extracting plant data from plc and remote troubleshooting. thanks guys !

When will you fix the disconnecting issue? This used to be great, now I can only use it on WiFi
