HOMEi connects you with local tradesmen in minutes — whether you need to schedule a job
in peace and quiet or get emergency help right away.
EMERGENCY HELP
Press the EMERGENCY button to see a map of available tradesmen in real time. Green dot =
someone is within 10 km. We show distance, ratings and ETA. Payment is made securely via Stripe after the work is completed.
PLANNED JOBS
Describe your job, upload photos and get quotes from multiple contractors. Compare ratings, previous work and certifications before you choose. Anonymous chat keeps your contact info private until you accept
a proposal.
VERIFIED CRAFTSMEN
All contractors on HOMEi are checked:
• F-tax and company registration
• Liability insurance
• For electrical and plumbing work: valid registration with the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority and Säker
Water authorization
• BankID verification
• Mutual ratings after each completed job

SECURE PAYMENT
We never handle your card details — all payments are made via Stripe. A receipt is automatically sent to your
email and saved in the app. In the event of a dispute, we hold the money until both parties agree.

Are you a craftsman? Apply in the app — we will review your application within 48 hours. Once approved,
you get:
• Real-time job requests from clients in your area
• Full control over when you are available
• Direct payout via Stripe after each job
• Chat with client without revealing private numbers
PRIVACY FIRST
Your address and phone number are only shared with the contractor you have chosen — never with the entire platform.
You can delete your account and all data at any time from Profile → Delete account.
