With Jourly, you can get a plumber when you need one — urgently 24 hours a day or scheduled when it suits you. Plumbing, water, heating and sewage.

You see the price before the craftsman leaves your home. You approve a maximum price, follow the work in real time and pay for the time actually spent, with the ROT deduction already calculated.

3. You get a fixed maximum price before the work starts, and you approve it yourself.
4. You see who is coming: name, company and certifications.
5. The timer runs in the app. You follow the cost minute by minute.
6. The craftsman finishes the job, you approve the time and price and pay in the app.
7. The invoice comes with the ROT deduction already calculated.

ALWAYS THE SAME PRICE AS YOU APPROVED

Hourly rate, service car fee, any on-call fee and materials are displayed separately in the app before you approve anything. No markups afterwards. If it turns out on site that the job is larger than expected, you must approve a new maximum price before the work can continue. If you don't do this, nothing happens.

ROT DEDUCTIONS WITHOUT PAPERWORK

We deduct 30 percent of the labor cost directly and handle the application with the Swedish Tax Agency for you. The amount you see in the app is the one you pay.

JOURLY SECURE

As a member, you don't pay any on-call fees, all year round. A single emergency call-out pays for the membership many times over. You can cancel it whenever you want.

VERIFIED PLUMBERS

Each craftsman is reviewed by us before they can take their first job. We check F-tax slip, company insurance and authorizations such as Säker Vatten and GVK. You can see the certifications in the app even before there's a knock on the door.

How quickly can I get help in the event of an emergency water leak?

The booking reaches verified plumbers in your area immediately when you send it. How quickly someone can arrive depends on where you live and how many are available at the time.

How much does a plumber cost in Västerås?

You see a fixed maximum price in the app before the work starts, which varies depending on whether it's urgent or planned. The price never changes without you approving it yourself.

Is the ROT deduction automatically included?

Yes. Jourly deducts 30 percent of the labor cost directly in the app and handles the application with the Swedish Tax Agency, so you don't have to do anything yourself.

Do I have to be home when the handyman arrives?
No. Provide a door code or other access instructions in the booking, and the handyman will come in even if you're not home.

What happens if the job takes longer than expected?

The work stops at the maximum price you approved. If the handyman needs more time, you must approve a new maximum price before the work continues.

Can I book planned maintenance, not just emergency jobs?

Yes. Choose planned instead of emergency when booking, and you will receive a daily rate instead of an on-call rate.
