Not user friendly. No way to see overview for availability of cars in stations. You have to pick start and end time and hopefully guess an available time. On several other occasions it has happened that the app has not found any bookings although there were. Restarting app several times solved it (or maybe it was something else). Cars sometimes very dirty

In order to unlock the car you have to submit a damage report, which includes inspecting the interior... which is impossible until you unlock the car. also, and this is just nitpicking, every time you switch to the app the map starts at planet Earth and zooms all the way into your location before showing you the car details what you need in order to do pretty much anything.

app resets each time you tab out and tab in again, that's just unforgivable. Possibly worst app experience last 3 years. Have to learn the navigate the quirks of the app to manage to books, add credit card etc. just an awful app for an otherwise good service.
