Dvorak Simplified Keyboard is a keyboard layout that was developed to be fast to learn, faster to write with, and be better for the hands.

After installing the layout, connect a keyboard, enter the settings.> Language, and entries and choose your physical keyboard settings. Then add "Swedish Dvorak" as new layout.

It is also possible to change the layout when a text field is selected. For newer versions of Android appears as a button top right in the bottom corner that you can press to access settings.
