Letsbook is the booking system for hairdressers, clinics, car care, personal trainers, IT companies and more. With the app you have your calendar, customers and today's bookings with you.

The app requires an account in Letsbook. If you don't have one yet, you can start a free trial at letsbook.se.

• See the day at a glance, with the next booking and how long it is until it
• Browse the calendar by day, week and month
• See all employees at the same time, or one at a time
• Create, change and cancel appointments
• Search the customer register and see history, notes and contact information
• Color per service makes the day readable from a distance
• Follow the number of bookings per week, compared to the same period last year

THIS IS LETSBOOK

Letsbook collects calendar, customer register, services, working hours, online booking and reminders in one place. A regular calendar shows when you are busy, but Letsbook also knows who is coming, what needs to be done and when it is time again.

Online booking on your own website:
Customers book themselves, 24/7, but only during the times you open. The booking is on your own page, so the customer is yours and does not meet other businesses in the same list.

Reminders that reduce no-shows:
A text message the day before, with your own text. You choose how far in advance it expires.

Customers collected:
Contact information, history and notes are included with the booking. What you wrote last time remains for the next.

Hairdressers and salons, masseurs and therapists, tattoo artists, skin and beauty, personal trainers, car care and garages, and companies that accept booked meetings and demonstrations.

PRICE

349 SEK per month for the entire system, regardless of how many of you are and how many bookings you receive. No commission and no fee per user. SMS costs 1 SEK each and is charged in arrears. The trial period is 30 days and there is no commitment period.
