I absolutely LOVE the game! The reason I gave 1 star: I'm not sure if it was an update or what, but 8 of the 10 tiles I had in progress were wiped from my progress bar. 8 of them. I lost so much progress that I had been working on for months some a little over a year, even the newer ocean themed ones were wiped out of all the progress I had made and I spend a lot of time trying to finish them before the event passed. Feeling deflated and crushed, I was very close on quite a few of them.

Great game for those who love words. Sometimes it seems as tho it is rigged in favor of more experienced player. I've gotten the most perfect letters without trying and 8 out of 10 times the other player hadn't been playing as long as I. Support people did reply quickly after I reached out. But biggest complaints is that the game kicks me out randomly.

It's actually pretty awesome. And I'm picky. The game itself is very interesting and addictive. And challenging at the same time. I appreciate how quickly it will switch from game to game, or page to page, and how fast they calculate scores. It never lags or sticks. The only thing I would like to see change is the amount of pink gems awarded. When you get a few or pay $1.99 for only 5, they spend so quickly, in one turn, usually. OR make those cheats require fewer gems.
