About this app

A security assignment rarely falls apart on a big scale. It falls apart because someone didn't show up, an order went out quietly, or no one knows who did the rounds last night.

Vaktbas is built for just that. Security guards, security guards, hosts and their management work in the same app.

You get the account from your employer. It's not possible to register yourself in Vaktbas.

FOR YOU WHO MANAGE THE OPERATIONS
Unmanned shifts are at the top, the closest to the time first. The staffing level is visible without you having to count.
Post a vacant shift, the staff will request it and you choose. First come, first served, rewards the one who happened to look at the phone, not the one who is the best fit.
Substitutions, handovers and absences are approved in one place, and whoever approved what remains afterwards.
The rounds are visible while they are in progress. If a round is missed, the app will alert you.
Appointments that are about to expire are displayed before someone is booked on a pass they are not allowed to take.
Allocations go to the entire company, to a region or to an individual branch.
Payroll documents with certificate. Invoice documents per customer and object.

FOR THOSE WHO TAKE THE PASS
The next pass is first on the home screen: time, location and who you are working with.
Stamp in on site. The distance to the object is saved as proof that you were there, and nothing is tracked in between.
Mark when you can work. Request a free pass. Ask someone to take over.
Sick leave, sick leave and vacation go the same way, and approved absences are included in the payroll documents.
Acknowledge the checkpoints by scanning the QR or barcode. If something is not correct, write a remark and take a photo of it.
The incident report is written on site. For taking into custody and disturbing the peace, there is a structured mode with legal support, coercive measures, witnesses and handover to the police.
Chat in a group or individually, and record a voice message when your hands are busy.
The schedule can be subscribed to in your phone's own calendar.

WHEN COVERAGE DISAPPEARS
Stamps and round receipts are queued and sent when the network is back. You don't have to think about it. The app can be locked with Face ID or fingerprints, and the most sensitive views cannot be screenshotted.

ABOUT THE DATA
The core data is located within the EU. Access follows the role, so everyone sees their part and no more. The text of the incident reports is encrypted even in the database. The security company is the data controller and Mediab is the data processor. No ads. No advertising tracking. No automatic decisions are made about anyone.

ONE SYSTEM, ONE CUSTOMER IN THE BOX
The app displays the company's logo and colors, and each customer has their own database. Which modules are turned on is determined per customer, so the staff only sees what the company actually uses.
