Noia brings together the hotel's operations, staffing, forecasting and communication in one app without you having to replace the systems you already have.

COMMUNICATION THAT REACHES
Pulse brings together departments, news, tasks, meetings, boards, chat and notifications in one place. Employees immediately see what applies to their role and what needs to be done today, regardless of whether they have their own computer or not.

Direct messages and group chats per department, role or matter - all in the same app as the rest of the operations. The night staff reaches the on-call staff, the operations manager reaches the kitchen manager, without private numbers.

Meeting invitations are answered with a tap, even by staff without Outlook. What is decided lands directly on boards with the person responsible and status, so you can always see what has been done and what is waiting.

REAL-TIME OPERATIONS
Room Control gives housekeeping a clear planning view of how many rooms actually need to be cleaned today. Status is updated in real time and the workload becomes more even.

Maintenance makes it easy to report errors with a picture and description directly in the app. Issues end up with the right person and are prioritized according to the reality in the house - an error before a check-in gets a clear timeframe, urgent issues can alert more roles.

Agenda collects the hotel's recurring routines and controls in a yearly cycle: fire checks, spa routines, government reporting and internal controls, with responsibility, reminders and status. No routine should just exist in someone's head.

Workforce shows where staff hours deviate, per day, department and facility, so that staffing can be adjusted before the cost is incurred.

Results calculates the hotel's GOP and results continuously, day by day, and measures forecasts against the actual outcome.

Benchmark compares your facility with comparable hotels, anonymized and with the same measurement rules for everyone - hours per room sold, personnel costs and GOP.

Noia is not a black box. Forecasts are based on traceable data and the facility's own history, and the system clearly shows what the outcome, current situation and forecast are.

SECURITY AND OWNERSHIP
You own your data. If you leave Noia, you get it out and it is deleted with us. All storage and operation takes place within the EU, and your data does not train any external models. Each facility is isolated, with access controlled per role and facility.
