About this app

Gate Keeper for Nortic makes it easy to manage admission to your event.

With the app, you scan the QR codes on your tickets directly with the built-in camera. Download the app, log in, select which performances the admission is valid for — and you're ready to go.

Gate Keeper gives you ongoing information about how many tickets have been scanned, how many have been approved, and if anything needs attention. Incorrect, already used, or invalid tickets are clearly displayed so that staff can act quickly.

The app supports offline scanning. An internet connection is required when starting admission, but scanning can then continue even without a connection. A stable internet connection is recommended, however, as it provides access to more detailed information about each ticket and makes it easier to keep multiple devices updated.

Gate Keeper also includes a built-in guest list for events where guests are managed separately from regular tickets. You can view the guest list, check in guests, and add new people directly in the app.

The app supports multiple types of admissions, from quick and easy flow to more detailed control depending on the needs of the event. There are also links to the help center and error reporting, so that support and troubleshooting are always close at hand.
