PlingPass helps you find short work shifts near you.

Choose the kinds of work you want and where you can work. When a business publishes a shift that fits, you get a pling. Read the details, send your interest with your price, and chat directly with the business.

• Get a pling for new shifts – or check them in the app any time
• Respond with your hourly rate, as an employee or through your own business
• Attach your CV when you show interest
• Chat with the business and agree on the rest together

PlingPass is free for people looking for shifts. You must be at least 16. People aged 16–17 can take shifts only as employees.

PlingPass is a contact service. Employment or assignments and pay are agreed directly between you and the business. PlingPass is not an employer and does not handle wages or payments between you.

PlingPass is launching for work shifts in Sweden. Available shifts depend on the businesses using the service in your area.
