Welcome to SchoolSoft's staff app!
In the app, we focus on the needs of you as staff who are out among the children and students in the school.
The app includes the following features:
Messages
You can receive, reply to, and send new messages from the app. When you receive a new message, you will receive a push notification. You can turn off the push notification for messages in Settings.
News
You can receive news and reply to any questions sent along. When you receive new news, you will receive a push notification. You can turn off the push notification for news in Settings.
Agenda
Here you will find today's calendar events and booked appointments, as well as your lessons if you work in a school, for attendance.
Lesson reporting
If you tap on a lesson, you will get a list of your students. With the swipe function, you can indicate that a student is absent or tap on the student's row to change the presence/absence reason. Reporting is then done with a simple tap on the "Report lesson" button.
Report times
The Report times function gives you a quick overview of the attendance in your pick-up & drop-off groups. You can swipe to change a child's attendance status or tap on the child's name to get more information about times and any comments from staff or guardians. You can also easily call the guardian directly from the student's view if you have a phone subscription on your device.
The app supports logins via username/password and login via SAML.
