• find your templates or use autosuggest function (based on your previous transaction history)

Business customers can:

The app is updated on regular basis and new functions are added.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
When user registers into the app, he agrees to comply with the service terms and assigns the selected phone number with the specified account. It is necessary to note that during this process the indicated phone number is encoded and sent to the bank in the form of a sequence of encoded characters, that means that the bank does not collect or keep your phone number or data of other customers available on your phone contact list. Only such users of the app, who have saved your phone number in their contact list, may see that you are a user of the SEB mobile application.

Ratings and reviews

The SEB banking app is the worst banking app I’ve ever used. I constantly face connection issues, random errors, and slow loading. Even basic tasks sometimes fail for no clear reason. It feels like the new version was released without proper testing, as if users are doing the debugging instead of the developers. A banking app should be reliable and stable, but this one is frustrating to use and often wastes my time.

Sadly not very great app. E-invoices still needs to log into internet bank. Mobile NFC payments are pain in the a**. App is set to autostart but still it takes 4-5 seconds to pay via NFC and sometimes nothing happens. And somewhy I get too often the "payment limit exceeded...insert pin" and then fails to pay and I have to use physical card. So lately I have started to use physical card again because it's easier....

It's OK when it works - basic stuff can be done within the app, however, heavily lacks functionality, you can't really do much besides essential things, like transfers. No investments, no nothing. Two stars off for instability - sometimes it crashes after making a transfer, sometimes it just doesn't login for quite some time, sometimes it randomly crashes. Though, to note, at app's current state - it can't be rated high. It's basic at best.
