Private customers can:
• quickly check account balance(s)
• see the list of latest transactions
• log in using a four-digit PIN code or fingerprint authentication
• transfer up to EUR 30 without any additional passwords
• transfer money between accounts or to people on his telephone’s contact list
• request other app users to make a payment
• find your templates or use autosuggest function (based on your previous transaction history)

Business customers can:
• quickly check account balance(s)
• see the list of latest transactions
• confirm payments
• log in using a four-digit PIN code or fingerprint authentication
• transfer money between accounts
The app is updated on regular basis and new functions are added.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
When user registers into the app, he agrees to comply with the service terms and assigns the selected phone number with the specified account. It is necessary to note that during this process the indicated phone number is encoded and sent to the bank in the form of a sequence of encoded characters, that means that the bank does not collect or keep your phone number or data of other customers available on your phone contact list. Only such users of the app, who have saved your phone number in their contact list, may see that you are a user of the SEB mobile application.

Good effort and solid functionality. My main reason for low score is that account sessions expire quite often, which means everytime I want to use app I need to go trough account setup process. Authorize with smart ID, create 2 separate pins, enter twice both, add fingerprint and so on. Make these optional if these need to be set up everytime and let me login with smart ID or keep session active longer.

Hello Janno. If you do not enter your PIN2 within 90 days, it means that you do not identify yourself, the session will expire and you will have to register as new user again. Best regards SEB.

Otherwise was good, but now for weeks can't use it. Doesn't open and crashes before it is open(that was spring /summer 2019). I have a oneplus and then it didn't allow me to use it and crashes. Then about 2 months ago it started working and SEB fixed the bug. Now since 2nd Jan 2020 says I need to get an upgrade but doesn't download it from the app store. It is ridiculous. I am considering changing banks just cause of the app cause it is so annoying.

We recommend you to uninstall app, log in to Internet Bank, choose Additional services/Settings - Mobile app sessions management - Close mobile bank. I like the app less now. You stated that you improved the payment and made it more comfortable. No, vice versa it is more complicated now. Bringing to mobile the UX that works on desktop is confusing idea. Payment worked, no need to fix it so radically. Older issues are still there. I have to open the app and log in. Otherwise the NFC payment fails.
