Private customers can:
• quickly check account balance(s)
• see the list of latest transactions
• log in using a four-digit PIN code or fingerprint authentication
• transfer up to EUR 30 without any additional passwords
• transfer money between accounts or to people on his telephone’s contact list
• request other app users to make a payment
• find your templates or use autosuggest function (based on your previous transaction history)

Business customers can:
• quickly check account balance(s)
• see the list of latest transactions
• confirm payments
• log in using a four-digit PIN code or fingerprint authentication
• transfer money between accounts
The app is updated on regular basis and new functions are added.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
When user registers into the app, he agrees to comply with the service terms and assigns the selected phone number with the specified account. It is necessary to note that during this process the indicated phone number is encoded and sent to the bank in the form of a sequence of encoded characters, that means that the bank does not collect or keep your phone number or data of other customers available on your phone contact list. Only such users of the app, who have saved your phone number in their contact list, may see that you are a user of the SEB mobile application.

I've always done all of the updates as soon as they come out yet the app still crashes roughly once a week, sometimes even every other day. Came here to check if others have reported the same happening and found out it's been an issue for 4 whole years already.... with the development team supposedly trying to fix it. For 4 years. Otherwise the app is quite nice but the crashing really ruins the experience.

Not a bad app, just keeps crashing or not opening on regular basis. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't such a pain in the rear to have to wait awhile if I want to check my balance or something or sometimes not being able to do it at all. Good little thing though, easy to use and sort of cute with these cheeky little messages you get while it's loading, about time being precious :)

It's OK when it works - basic stuff can be done within the app, however, heavily lacks functionality, you can't really do much besides essential things, like transfers. No investments, no nothing. Two stars off for instability - sometimes it crashes after making a transfer, sometimes it just doesn't login for quite some time, sometimes it randomly crashes. Though, to note, at app's current state - it can't be rated high. It's basic at best.
