With Akila, you can read your newspaper in a reader-friendly format with your phone or tablet. Akila is published by the Authority for Accessible Media, MTM.
In the app you can, among other things:
- Change text settings and color contrasts
- Get reading help with speech synthesis
- Read offline
Akila can only be used by people with reading disabilities. Reading impairment can be, for example, dyslexia, reading and writing difficulties, aphasia, language disorders, ADHD or AST. To read your magazine with Akila, you need a subscription. Contact your newspaper and they will help you.
