the card looks good but experience are the worst, i have this card for a year and recently around 400euros where booked (reserved) from my account without any approving or opening the app i have a new phone with the latest security updates, I called Tfbank and been told to wait after the payment is done 😕 and after the money is gone during phone call been told the cant do anything and i have to fill some documents so they can start working on it. the money in gone!! absolutel Disaster

What a💩💩💩service.... I'd advise anyone 2 avoid this bank. 1200€ were booked unauthorized... I am fighting hopelessly with this bank they are 0 help. Called 100 times . Email all proof their answer is useless or not understandable and they cna only deal with this in writing but they keep asking you to fill form and i did and still they ask again and again going nowhere and their emails are not polite nor well written... Confusing even for language teachers! Imagine the person working for it..

Generally I was rather happy with the app until I wanted to turn on the push notifications. This did not work and I deinstalled the app and tries to reinstall it. Which does work but I cannot login anymore. The customer support is less than helpful. Their Argument ist that my android version is to old which it is not according to the documentation. I'd like to reuse the app but apparently there is something wrong with it.
