Terrible first experience! Unable to activate my mobile app! Firstly, the code which needs to arrive by email doesn't arrive, I need to click resend two times and then the whole bunch of codes arrive at the same time. By the time I get to the part where I need to click the link in the SMS, I do it but it returns me back to the start where I need to repeat the whole process again. I've been trying since yesterday and nothing's happening. I've written to customer support but no answer.

Stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass Sie alle Codes in Ihren SMS gelöscht haben. Zunächst versuchen Sie bitte, den Code erneut zu beantragen bzw. sich einzuloggen.
Der Code sollte innerhalb der nächsten 10 Minuten nicht erneut aufgerufen werden. Nachdem Sie den Code erhalten, versuchen Sie bitte erneut, sich einzuloggen.

I tried to contact customer service with emails. every time I receive back an copy paste email. I tried to contact customer support, in the phone menu you have the option "for English pres 5" but after 3 long days of calls they finally answered and surprised they don't wanna talk English. the worst customer service ever I met in my life. if you have a problem better find another bank.
