Ratings and reviews

Generally I was rather happy with the app until I wanted to turn on the push notifications. This did not work and I deinstalled the app and tries to reinstall it. Which does work but I cannot login anymore. The customer support is less than helpful. Their Argument ist that my android version is to old which it is not according to the documentation. I'd like to reuse the app but apparently there is something wrong with it.

My friend transferred 130 euro, his account has been deducted and debited but TF Bank are still keeping the money. I got an email from them to pay my debt till 20 of April 2024, and I ask my friend to transfer the sum of 130 euro for me, and he did. The money is not in my TF Bank account and my friend has been debited.

It took many, many times, several days, and finally the last attempt with an email to the bank before I could get access to the app. After that everything seems to working OK.
