Ratings and reviews

Generally I was rather happy with the app until I wanted to turn on the push notifications. This did not work and I deinstalled the app and tries to reinstall it. Which does work but I cannot login anymore. The customer support is less than helpful. Their Argument ist that my android version is to old which it is not according to the documentation. I'd like to reuse the app but apparently there is something wrong with it.

very easy to use and fast updates

My Samsung Galaxy S20FE (Android version 11) freezes after every attempt to open the TF Bank Mobile App. My phone even does not respond on hardware buttons(incl. long press on power). During some random unresponsive tapping on the screen it suddenly rebooted and froze again. All this happened after the recent App update (version 1.5.0). I even could not use my phone for emergency calls!
