Too much fine print for my liking. For instance, the student ticket says you just need a valid student ID. If you go to the website, it defines student IDs as applying to some gaudyapps and going through a convoluted process to get an SL logo on a digital card. They could make it more secure so folks don't by the student card by mistake, such as adding more details,or just having their own student service. Then again the likely answer is they profit from the difficulty, means more surcharges.

Really horrible app (words I usually don't utter). 2/5 stars (now 1/5) for finally working. Please, take help by VÄSTTRAFIK which has a much better app. X-trafik has the same foundation as your app but works much better. Need to improve: 1) Not all departures are shown in the app... 2) I took me 4 tries to pay (with the same method). It kept on denying the purchase. 3) the design/UI is... Let's just change it completely. Update Oct. 2025: 1/5 - tip for improvement: Way too many.

Very bad experience, the UL knows they have a problem in their app and customer service claim the application needs to be updated, although it is already upto date. I bought a ticket, received a receipt on email, however, the ticket was not appearing in the app. On board the payment machine didn't accept the payment for 3 trials, no problem with my bank card. The solution customer service offered to go out of the bus and wait to the next bus, which hopefully can have a working payment.
