About this app

In the UL app, you can search for your trip quickly and easily and buy tickets for our buses and trains.


Search travel:
• Quickly search for your trip from your current position or by choosing where and when you want to travel.
• The search results show various travel options and possible walking distances to the stops as well as a map that makes it easier to find the right one.
• Save your most frequent trips as favorites. Use the heart in the search results to favorite a trip.
• Keep an eye on the bus and see where it is directly on the map.


Buy ticket:
• Buy a single ticket, 24- or 72-hour ticket in just a few seconds.
• Pay easily with Swish, credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or travel funds.
• If a ticket reader is on board, tap the phone with the ticket towards it, otherwise you will show the ticket to the bus driver or train host.


Traffic disruptions:
• Any traffic disruptions or delays are displayed along with your search result.


You need an internet connection to be able to buy tickets and apply for travel. The app also needs to have access to the mobile's location function to be able to suggest travel options from your current location.

Too much fine print for my liking. For instance, the student ticket says you just need a valid student ID. If you go to the website, it defines student IDs as applying to some gaudyapps and going through a convoluted process to get an SL logo on a digital card. They could make it more secure so folks don't by the student card by mistake, such as adding more details,or just having their own student service. Then again the likely answer is they profit from the difficulty, means more surcharges.

App works rather well most pf the time, my problem is more with the entire transit system in general being quite subpar And to add salt to the wound, the amount of busses passing by the same point is way to large Overall, walk, bike or just drive your self if any of them is a possibility since this dysfunctional transit system isn't something that's worth relying on

give a way to control brightness. so bad the app is. just blast full brightness and make it difficult for the user. well done not thinking developer.

What’s new

The app now supports a maximum of 7 favorites and if you have more, the oldest ones will be removed.
