Veckis will complete your family's week for you.
Answer six questions about the household and get a complete weekly schedule back: chores according to each child's age, distributed over the days of the week, with a time budget that means a six-year-old doesn't get a twelve-year-old's week.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Answer six questions. Adults, children's ages, living arrangements, dishwasher, pets and car, and how much you can handle. In three minutes.
2. Get the whole week done. The adults' weekly responsibilities are in the same weekly schedule as the children's chores, on a shared board.
3. Check off or print. The board works on your mobile phone, on an old plate on the fridge, or printed out in black and white and attached with a magnet.
JUSTICE BETWEEN SIBLINGS
Siblings with less than a three-year age difference share a task pool and swap chores between them each week. You never have to move anything manually to make it even. It's the system that rotates, not the parent.
NO ACCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN
Children don't have their own logins in Veckis: no email, no passwords and nothing to forget. The ways in are the household status on a plate in the kitchen, the printout on the fridge, or your own phone.
WEEKLY MONEY WITHOUT HAVING A CHANCE
Extra jobs with amounts and balances make the weekly money part of the weekly schedule instead of a negotiation. Veckis never connects money to an individual task, but to the whole: the child sees their balance, you see what has been done, and the weekly money is paid out as usual by you.
EVERY AGE GETS A PLACE
Each task in the library has a minimum age and an age when the child can complete it on their own. In between, it ends up on the board marked "with help". This way, the family gets a weekly schedule that grows with the children.
WHAT'S FREE
The board, the ticking off, black and white printing and a daily reminder are free and will continue to be so.
