About this app

Polyglutt is a digital bookshelf that provides read-in books for use in teaching. All books are read in Swedish and there are a large number of books with sounds in other languages, e.g. Arabic, English, Polish and Somali. There are also books in TAKK and Swedish sign language, as well as visual interpretation. New languages ​​are added continuously.

The contents of Polyglutt are selected, qualitative books that are well suited to the language development work in teaching. The content is also well suited for strengthening the mother tongue.
The content varies depending on the subscription.

Polyglutt consists of the app with associated teacher guide. The tutorial is provided via the app.

In Polyglutt you can:
• Read listen as much as you want on over 1800 books, all are loaded!
• Read picture books, chapter books, fact books and easy-to-read books
• Choose to scroll manually or turn on automatic scrolling in the books
• Choose from selected books in different theme bookshelves (Animals, Empathy, Facts, Chapter books, etc.)
• Open books in many other languages ​​from "Language Shelves"
• Easily change languages ​​inside a book
• Search books for keywords (eg "cat"), category, author, language, etc.
• Search among books in different categories, e.g. “Sports”, “Facts” etc.
• Create your own bookshelves
• Share books and bookshelves with students, colleagues and guardians (applies to staff accounts)
• Easily move forward / backward in a book to look for a favorite spread
• Save bookmarks
• Follow the text using text accompaniment in some books
