Workmap: Field Ops

About this app

Workmap is the working tool for excavation and groundworks companies. Machines, vehicles, jobs and projects in one place - built to work as well in the cab as in the office.

MY DAY
Today's work the moment you sign in: where you are going, which machine you are on, and what still needs reporting.

CHAT
Message a colleague directly, in a group, or in the project's own chat where everyone with a job on the project is included. Send photos from site and files like drawings and inspection certificates. You can see when a message has been read.

NOTIFICATIONS
Find out when someone messages you and when tomorrow's work is set - even when the app is closed. You decide which notifications you want, and you can mute individual conversations.

MAP
Machines and vehicles in real time, with a history of where they have been.

DRIVER'S LOG AND CHECKS
A daily function check before the machine is started, a driver's log with automatic trip detection, and deviations reported straight from site.

PROJECTS AND SITE DIARY
A work book and site diary per project, ready to send to the customer.

LANGUAGE
Workmap is available in English and Swedish. Each person chooses their own under My account.

Workmap requires an account with a company that uses the service. Get in touch at workmap.se if your company would like to get started.
