App features
• Mobile keys for your VAKA installation
• Mobile opening of the property's doors
• Smooth booking and opening of premises and laundries during the booked time

The app is activated from VAKA online and administered in VAKA without adding new elements. Tags and booking boards work as usual.

Mobile keys
Users see the doors they have permission to in VAKA. A key symbol is displayed for the doors that can be opened with the mobile phone. The door opens with a press of a button. Opening requires that the user's mobile phone has mobile data or is connected to Wifi.

Booking of premises
Users book premises (e.g. laundry room or conference room), and can then open the premises during the booked time both with the app and their tag.
The app's calendar shows the user's upcoming bookings regardless of whether they have been made in the app or from a booking board.

Family members
Users can share their mobile keys with temporary users in the household. When a user is deleted in VAKA, the temporary users in the app that the user shared keys with are also deleted.
