Terrible experience with customer service.Bleeper force you to buy credits to use their service. They stopped operating in my area but will not give a refund for unused credits. I thought 'fine' I'll use the credit over a longer period of time but then I'm told credit expires after 1 year. So they're essentially keeping my money but cannot provide the service. Feels like a scam

The bikes are not getting unlocked every other time and fiddling with the sensor doesn't help. If your bike glitched, you can't even start the journey on another one until you call support to unlock it. And it wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't for the support working only during business hours. With such glitchy bikes it became too frustrating to use it, I'll have to switch to another provider.

They cancelled all access for an unlimited monthly pass for November 2025. For regular users of the service it is way more expensive for this month "due to an app upgrade". Don't think this was well thought out at all
