It's a very nice service. But it's becoming more unreliable. A friend that I cycled with, got logged out in the middle of the trip and couldn't log in with the roaming mobile internet because the app block listed that operator. We finally got it working by sharing my mobile internet to her phone. 20 mins of frustration and waste of time for both of us.

Recently, Bleeper has really gone downhill. It used to be affordable, convenient, and have good customer service. Now it is only convenient. It has become significantly more expensive (200%+ more expensive), the customer care line never answers or calls back, and recently the app double charged me (credits and money) for a single ride. I love the idea of Bleeper, but it's really going downhill at the moment.
