TicketMX application is an application for booking tickets for various trending events and entertainment festivals.
It provides an easy way to book your seat and tickets using our system seat map also it provides offers and promos on ticket prices.
Also, you can use the application to preview your booked tickets and check the upcoming events.
ticketMX provides various payment methods including apple pay, STC pay, Mada card, and more.

Ratings and reviews

We got tickets for a show and it was cancelled. We were asked to contact TicketMX for refund. We left a message in the contact form inside the app and we got no response since February 14th. We also tried to reach TicketMX on Twitter but still we did not get any response from them. Clearly, the customer service is poor which does not encourage me to use the app again.

Ladies and gents I will recommend not to buy tickets from ticketmx, it is always better to buy ticket for event/park on the spot (always available). On the other hand ticketmx has no updated information about the event, even if park is closed for maintenance they will sell you ticket and will never refund. Moreover on 11 March 2022 winter wonderland was closed due to sand strom warning, all those who bought the ticket on gate got refund at spot, but ticketmx didnot even replied to refund emails.

The program changed the event time from 9 pm to 4 pm. I asked for a refund but they refused. A bunch of amateurs with no customer service experience. This is a disgrace. They shouldn't invite tourists here if this is how they are going to treat them.
