Typing Hero works great for some of what I need. I would love it to work in password input boxes, and strangely, sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't. If it ever works always, will update to 5 stars. Edit: Thank you for the reply. Is there a reason that it does work in some password boxes though? +1 star for the quick reply Edit: Understood, I guess out of your control then. 5 star app for what it is able to do!

Pro version requires a monthly subscription which is a little much for me. However developer is active and seems to care a lot about this app. With 17 updates for this year, or over 50 updates since Nov 2018, it's a well interested program and for the most part exactly what I was looking for. I may have considered if one time payment but this type of program I had to pass. Best of luck. =)

Nice clean app. But the lack of macro snippets are a bit important for a work flow. I see that it is in the schedual. whenever that would become available, i would absolutely purchase this app. Also there is a problem with all textexpanders including this app that they don't work in some apps. it would be nice if there was a workaround. Though i would not count that as a minus for this app because it is most likely a result of an android security feature I guess.
